Full of practical advice, the book gives you that needed boost to realize that setbacks are temporary and that cultivating a robust resilience is something anyone can do. I also recommend Watson's book The Face of Courage which shows that, unlike many other authors in the self help genre, Watson has a life story that gives him a credibility the others cannot claim.
